So today was a fricking timed 5km run for cross country. Think it was hard enough? It ALSO determined if we made the exchange. I had actually given up all hope in the past few days. I really just haven't felt like I was good enough. And only 10 runners made it. But guess what? I CAME 7TH! 7th! I ran with Islah the whole time, and she pushes me so much! I'm so glad I have her! Now, I have to actually try in every practice because I want to bring my time down!

Personal best (last season) : 23.55 minutes
I WANT TO BEAT THAT! ^
